Dear AMS 7th and 8th Grade Families,
On Friday, we shared that we will be administering the YRBS (Youth Risk Behavior Survey) to students in grades 7 & 8 during the week of April 17th. I am reaching out to share the link to the specific survey questions so that you can make an informed decision about your student’s participation in the survey.
Students in grades 7 and 8 will be taking the Middle School Youth Risk Behavior Survey during the week of April 17th. You can access the survey information here.

This is an anonymous survey and survey results will also be pooled with other Southern NH middle schools. The results from the survey will allow our school, district, and community organizations to better support the development of our youth through education and programing.
If you'd prefer that your child does not participate in the survey, please complete this opt-out form by Friday, April 14th.
